Back to the coast – Saltwater Creek National Park.
We'd enjoyed the mountains, also see, We made it to....Angourie? but were keen for a bit of coast time before going inland so we headed to Eden. We checked out Eden and a few big caravan parks but felt like something different to the same formula of pool, jumping pillow and kids area so we went to Saltwater Creek National Park.

also look at, The Great Ocean RoadThere was a tea tree lake, a tidal saltwater creek, and a pretty beach, with the only the people from the campground on it. We fished at dusk till about 2 hours after and caught fish. Australian Salmon, trevally and Tailor. I did not have a beach rod and hauled a 6 pound Australian Salmon to shore on a 7 foot rod with a tiny reel. What fun. Lots of crabs though.... our bait was eaten a lot!
