Back to Byron Bay Shire, a week in Brunswick Heads

We had to return to the Byron Shire, to sort out a few things.  Our storage solution had gone awry, and we needed to move everything, and Nici needed some dental doings.  10 days back in our home shire.... it was kind of nice but also a bit uncomfortable.  I mean... we'd said goodbye...

have a look at, Be Prepared! Lake Keepit Caravan and Camping Grounds.

We camped in the Massey Creek caravan Park all this time - it really is a nice place to stay.  We fished(Orlando again caught a fish on his first cast, this one so big the poor bugger could not land it, an almost legal brim which went back in) but landed nothing we could eat. why not visit, Resources Directory   Ayesha came close, landing an easily edible sized flathead, but she lost it banging against the bank and it was never to be seen again.  I also did some fishing, but it seems the only thing being caught was flathead on soft plastics which I did not have.... oh well.

The week dragged on and it was good to finally hit the road from the Byron Bay Shire for real.
